JBLXtreme 4 Bluetooth Speaker with gSport Silicone Sleeve (Blue)

JBL Xtreme 4 just exudes quality. From it's weight to the strap clips to the materials...quality. I couldn't decide between the Xtreme 4 and the Sony ULT-5 so I ordered both. Listened to them in the same spots with various tracks I'm familiar with on other more formidable Hi-Fi and HT systems for 2 days to my wife's nauseam. In the first 10 minutes I could tell which sound profile I liked more. The Xtreme 4 just sounded livelier and had allot better bass. Vocal and musical percussions had much better separation. The ULT-5 sounded flat and ULT's mode 1 or 2 was not impressive to match the baseline sound of the Xtreme 4. I did some more listening and even mulled over it for another day. The Xtreme 4 was a far better sounding blue tooth speaker. The ULT5 had nice lights though and was much heavier than the JBL. Got the camo version and the easy battery change contributes to it's longevity.

Awesome product with a great value.. of course tested the sound quality as soon as possible everything the JB lives up too be very pleased with the product.

Good speaker very loud which is good with a strap to Cary around.

If you already have a charge 5 (like I’d did) I would not buy this speaker, the upgrade is negligible outside of battery life

The speaker itself is fantastic. Powerful sound.Past reviews criticized the case stating that it was for previous models and the Extreme 4 doesn't fit. This may true if you place the speaker top side up, but is you place it front side up it fits fine.Overall, very satisfied

I have had the Extreme 4 for 3 months now and What can i say its all in the Name JBL Personally one of the best portable brands in the industry. This is my 4th JBL speaker. And my Second in the Xtreme series speaker my previous being the extreme 3 thats still working fine. These speaker are built to last in my experience all of my JBL speakers have lasted 5+ Years. And I'm a Farmer soo they go through some harsh environments. The Extreme 4 is by far my favorite has deep bass but is also more crisp in the high vocals. And the Battery life is Amazing you truly get about 16 hours at max volume and you easily hit that 24hour Battery life at around 60% Which in all honesty is the volume i use 75% of the time. If you're thinking about getting one just get it. You won't be sorry.
