Yes, it's great for minor cut and burns. I'm a welder and I'm always getting small cuts/ burns on my figures and arm. I've noticed that rip fix works better than most triple antibacterial ointments

Q: Does this only help blisters and cuts or does it smooth dry cracked skin as well?

It will soothe and heal the skin but not necessarily smooth the skin.

Q: Does this work for hands that are always in water 5 days a week?

It helps better with dry chapped skin. It'd be good though for repairing any cracks from humidity, to heal over the non-working days.
