So easy to use!
Fantastic quality, great instructions, which are comprehensive and offer alternative fittings for differing cisterns and systems. This is a well planned, well laid out, informative and easy to follow set of instructions - rather setting it apart from the usual, I find!The build quality is better than the original flush system, and was installed inside half an hour - ten minutes to drain and dismantle, remove and replace the flush system, and then refill, test and tighten anything needing adjusted.Perfect! My late father in law (a master plumber, God rest his wonderful soul) would have approved of this, and no doubt shaken his head at how everything has come on so, and been made so easy for the average householder.This set-up certainly makes it easy, and almost does it for you!VERY highly recommended.

Versatile flush replacement
If you're not sure whether you've got a 1.5" or a 2" flush outlet, this is a good buy as both are provided. Saves a lot of return effort! Overall quality just OK but works fine.

Exactly what was needed
Exactly what I needed to fix my leaky loo, well made durable and will save me money in the long run

Not cheap but does the job...
Friends toiled was constantly running, just wouldn't seal, so bought this to replace it, took a while to get everything all lined up, and i'd advise buying a new foam dough-nut washer for the underside as its not included, but it has worked perfectly since.One tip to prevent these issues is DO NOT use those in cistern bleach blocks, they are what messed up my friends loo...they attack the seals and leave a powdery residue that prevents getting a good seal.

Does what it is supposed to do, easy to fit with little plumbing knowledge.

Sticking push button
Installed ok, quality ok, except the push button unit, very weak return springs and because of this the full flush button is repeatedly sticking in the pushed down position. Very annoying.

Not easy to install
For some D.I.Y. experts not so easy to install but the product is robust & efficient. It took me some time and a lot of sealants, etc, etc. But nothing is wrong with this valve, quite the contrary. However, for most people, perhaps it is better to get a plumber.

Supplied washer too thick and insufficient thread length to allow correct assembly
Ten minute job ran to two hours. The threaded part of the discharge does not protrude enough through the base of the cistern to allow the discharge pipe tightening ring to close properlyAbsolute nightmare to install. Would send it back if I didn't need a working toilet
