Good piece of kit overall. Agreee with other reviewers in that you would be wise to use your own tools for assembly as the ones supplied are not that good quality wise, but its just a spanner / allen key / screwdriver job at most so you don't need to be a DIY god. I am certainly not and it wasn't difficult to put together, although easier with two people.A one star reviewer said it was very flimsy and fell over. I would suggest they hadn't put it together very well?The base has specifically designed vertical rods onto which you can place free weights to stabilise the unit. Once you've done this the Hulk wouldn't be able to knock it over. Bricks or breeze blocks would proably suffice?Punching ball is very satisfying. Imagine it's someone you hate. I chose Dominic Cummings.

Awesome for a home gym.
Bought this for my 14yo son but we ended up taking turns and it can hold the asault. Needs a few weights on if you wanna go heavy but all in all a very good buy. Make sure you have enough space.

Good luck putting together unless you have a socket set and drill as it’s solid to put together.
Not impressed at all with this.Firstly trying to assemble with the rubbish tools they give you which broke and rounded after 2 screws. Screws are numbered incorrectly so had to guess which ones went where. Instructions are impossible to read.Punch bag isn’t very sturdy and also quite small. Ok for kids but not adults. Speed ball is built for children also as it’s very low.Positive it was delivered quickly but on because I requested a refund but they said it was too late and dispatched out the very next day after requesting a refund.

Very poor quality
The bag is good but half the straps have snapped after just six months usage so the product is not up to Amazon's high standards and it's of no use and not worth the money l paid for it, I contacted the vendor and was told they can only give me a replacement and not a refund but I don't want a replacement because the bag is not fit for purpose.

Got this for my son. He is very pleased with it. He found it a bit tricky to set up, but got there in the end & uses it a lot.

Good quality for home use - but best if you are 5'9" or smaller
Very good quality for price.Needs weights to hold down legs if you hit hard.Speed-ball low if you are 6'0" or more.Great for teens to get fit.
