Got this one for my wife, she loves it! May not be the more powerfull but its very stable and the battery is eternal! Works pretty smoothly and we havent had a single problem in the many months we had it, very light weight too.

Pleased with this laptop and it would be great for a kid going to college or just anyone who needs a portable machine. It's fast, the battery lasts a long time and it looks and sounds great. I'm still getting used to the AI stuff, but I'm old so that's going to be a learning curve. :) Glad I got it. Light and easy to use.

It was smaller than I anticipated especially with the weight it has. Not a bad buy. Its cute and of good quality but just not what I expected.

These laptops have a well documented problem with the touchpad. The touchpad will stop working completely, sometimes this will only require you to reinstall some drivers and restart your laptop. Other times the touchpad will open a ton of updating windows that will overwhelm the laptop and cause it to freeze, you'll have to manually close the 50-100 updates in task manager and restart. Ultimately, my touchpad became corrupted and Acer support which is located in Colombia could not do anything to fix it after multiple attempts. I was instructed to send the laptop to Texas for repair which could take from 7-10 business days (plus shipping time) which means that I will be forced to buy a new laptop. The laptop isn't even a year old and the issues with the touchpad started immediately. I would advise others to stay away from these laptops and save yourself the frustration.

I can’t seem to get my videos to upload so unfortunately I can’t show you all the cool techniques with the AI features. I’m still getting the hang of them to be honest but it’s been super cool so far. This is a powerful sleek laptop and I absolutely love it. I just can’t wait until I learn how to use the AI auto pilot a little bit better to make it more easy to use on the daily. The speed on this is so amazing.

I like the size, looks and weight. Love the backlit keyboard. The battery life definitely exceeds other computers I have owned, but falls short of the time advertised. Lots of new things to learn.

I use a lot of laptops in my career and it’s always nice and refreshing when you have a nice looking laptop that also performs well. If you’re looking for a laptop, that is great for battery life and doing work in office 365 or Google apps, this is the perfect laptop for you. It doesn't use a standard Intel or AMD chipset. so it’s limited on what types of software can be installed on it. So be sure to check that before you purchase a laptop like this, but if you’re using it for Internet use and some of the stuff I mentioned above you’re gonna be just fine.

The media could not be loaded. This laptop is AI generated it recognizes that I had an Acer 10 years ago. Nice. It has face recognition. It’s fast. The picture is crisp and clear. The volume is amazing. Once fully charged the battery last for days without the cord. It’s a good quality dependable device. Great for college students, small kids and good gift ideas.
