I have had tension problems most of my life that stem from emotional storing. I tried this and not only could I feel it stretching 10 minutes after putting it on, emotions began flowing and releasing. I kept it on for 20 minutes and my neck and shoulders felt so much better. Not an immediate fix to the problem but it gave relief. It was a little tricky to put on but once I figured it out it went on easy. The price is pretty good as well. It is small enough to transport easily.

This neck stretcher is so cool. I use this when I have bad neck pain and it is so relieving. That is very easy to set up and very easy to use. The size of it is perfect and it inflates to a perfect size as well and is adjustable. It really does help with my pain level and my headaches that are caused by the problems with my neck. This is a really good value and I'm very happy with this purchase.

I blew out my old neck traction setup and got this as a replacement. The chin pad is helpful in preventing my head from dropping down during my "treatment." As with all of these, it is a bit warm but it works as needed. Would definitely buy again.
