I had been feeling anxious, stressed and unable to rest at night for weeks until I found this wonderful drink that contains ashwagandha, magnesium glycinate, vitamin D3 and L teamine. I've only been taking it at night for a few days and my doctor recommended that I take it at 7 to help me fall asleep and feel calmer to rest and it has really worked quite well for me. You notice the change from the first use because it helps you relax.

I really liked the overall taste of this drink and I could notice a difference in just my overall focus at work, however I’m just disappointed in how much of the drink mix does not mix with the water. I tried several different ways but it just would not combine completely.

If you're looking for a good magnesium that relaxes you, this one is super good. I ordered it because it was recommended to me and it's been the best one I've taken. The best thing is that it comes in sachets, very easy to carry in your purse.

If you are looking for a more cost effective alternative to the $35 Nello SuperCalm you should keep looking because this is not it. Just spend the extra $10 and get the real deal. Not only does it taste like the flavor whispered into your water and fluttered away but it doesn’t work. I can physically tell a difference when I drink this garbage and the actual Nello brand. They couldn’t even spell chelated right on the packaging. Don’t buy, waste of money.

This is decent. It's not the best in my opinion because there are other products that do much more than this. I think for all the bluster it has, it kind of falls short of it. I was excited to order because I saw the nutrition it has. This is definitely something you take for the day. This is not a night product for sure. It's rather tedious to mix because it tends to form small lumps after mixing with just water. Definitely don't mix this with sparkling water. The sparkling water changes how it tastes for some odd reason. Overall, its a decent alternative but not one I would jump at to order again.

In the pictures above in the advertisement, the last picture shown printed on the package says, Made in Utah. My package is made in: Guangzhou Wei Xin Biological Technology Co. Ld. China. The reason I am not giving a higher rating is because I believe in full disclosure and honesty. I believed the picture showing made in Utah so I purchased this product and the package I received is different than being shown for the buyer. When I can't believe the package advertising writing and information, that concerns me, what else might be different than stated.

This product contains many supplements and vitamins I already take, so thought would be a nice addition to my routine.As many have noted, the product does not have a very strong flavor, so I have been adding it to my Gatorade. It actually enhances the flavor and gives the taste and extra boost!As far as I can tell, the supplements do what they are expected to do, but it is hard to tell. I can say that I have had no adverse effects or problems with it and overall I have no complaints about the product.Overall I suppose I would recommend this product, just be careful about daily recommended levels when taking with other supplements.
