Great quality product, easy set up & use, great service and great value..
Bought as an extension to my original 3 Pack purchase to ensure I had coverage ( NB still fitted indoors ) to the end of my garden as I have fitted a couple of wifi bird box cameras. Fitted DECO to inside of upstairs window , works really well. As with previous DECOs, easy to install and set up straight forward and worked first time. The ‘App’ itself is very functional and the built in safe guards ( please check vendor for full details ) with regards to internet usage and protection is excellent. Certainly not the cheapest of ‘mesh’ products but certainly great quality , great service and great value..

Best family router I've used - good controls, very easy to use.
I've used Linksys, Netgear, BT & Vodafone WiFi boxes and this is hands-down the best family WiFi box I've ever used. The setup just worked - very easy. The coverage seems good across our whole home from a single box. Where is shines is in the app - very well designed and thought through for family use, by non-techies and techies alike (in contrast, I recently sent a new Netgear router back because the parental controls were awful, designed for a network engineer, not a family). You can give devices a helpful name, like 'Sue's Iphone' / 'Sue's tablet' / etc in the app, and then assign them to a person. So then when you say 'block chat sites for Sue' in the parental controls, it applies to all of Sue's devices at once. You can also go in and look at exactly what sites are being used by that person at any time. You can choose which devices to control and which to just leave as open/untracked (it defaults to open/untracked). There are a few rough edges - eg it doesn't support WPS, there's no browser-based control page (pretty important in the long-term), it's not easy to handle different permissions when several people share a single device, etc. That said, it's still easily the most user-friendly option out there from all the ones I've reviewed and tried. My hope is that they will provide some of the missing features over time.

No meshing around, this system is great.
This mesh system, though a bit pricey, works very well. I have three M9 and one M5 scattered around the house and my WiFi problems are solved. I even have good coverage in my garden which is great for streaming music and radio. My Virgin Hub never reached that far.Setting up was easy, though I had to Google how to change my hub to Modem mode. It wasn't that difficult to do either.I am very happy with the product even though there are cheaper alternatives. I struggled for years using power line systems, but they never even came close. A contented user.

Good, but should allow Wi-Fi channel to be changed
I replaced an M4 with this as my new main Deco device, as it is recommended to use the best Deco as the main Deco. It took a few reboots of my Virgin Media Hub before the M5 connected to it but I think that was more to do with the Hub than the Deco. I added the M4 as a new device in a room that did not have one and that worked well. The only issue I had, which is a common one with Deco systems, is that you cannot choose the Wi-Fi channel. The Deco chooses one automatically when it starts, based on what it sees around it, and you cannot change it. I had a problem with my Sky Q box as it wanted to use the same channel and the only way I got Sky to work reliably was to turn off all Wi-Fi on the Sky Q and connect it to the M4 with an Ethernet cable.

No Dead areas
Great little add on unit that makes sure that there is no dead areas in my home, simple to use and very easy to forget its there once up and running, does exactly what its meant to do.

Changes the way you use wifi; wonderful!
We have a very old house with thick walls and had routers all over the place to try and get signal throughout. It was so frustrating as it rarely worked well upstairs and you had to switch wifi whenever you moved to another room. The Deco M5 and M9s have been incredible. I love that we can move about the house and still be on the same wifi. It was easy to set up on the whole although beware with Sky and Sonos. Both an utter nightmare. But I don’t blame the Deco. Sky has always been a nightmare and as for Sonos, great kit but boy is it frustratingly temperamental. We still needed the main Deco plus 4 add-ons to get the WiFi throughout but with only one upstairs, all rooms now have great reception.I can highly recommend this. Really wonderful setup. We’ve been able to remove all the unsightly cables we had running around the house with our old Netgear setup.I can’t comment on tech support as I haven’t needed it.

Excellent system.
Tired of patchy wifi using conventional extender system, so I wanted to try a mesh system. This one came recommended by "Which?" as a Best Buy and was on sale at a discount so I took the plunge. Setting up the wired connection to the broadband modem was very straightforward. Setting up the other units was only slightly more tricky in that there needed to be a good enough wifi signal from the "home" unit, so it took a bit of trial and error to find placements that worked consistently well with a good speed connection. Setting up each unit as such is a doddle using the app. I did have to buy an additional single unit to ensure good coverage as my home is deceptively large, but once all 4 units up and running, it's be a trouble-free system easily good enough to stream and download movies etc.

Strong performance and good design
Bought as an extension to my original 3 Pack purchase to cover the extreme end of the building for VOIP calls and streaming. £70 (amazon deal). Wouldn't connect via bluetooth for me but the other very simple option of connecting via modem worked 1st time.Polycom phone connected directly via cable works well to date. The 'App' deserves a mention as it shows Malicious Content blocked from websites listed on Trend Micro's database, Intrusion Protection and Infected Device Quarantine. Also timed access by device as well as top sites visited by hours & minutes. Most protection is automatic and anything that requires adjustment is very simple and intuitive. No complaints to date with almost a year's use, 16 devices listed as being connected and compatible with Alexa (can control individual devices) on network.
