50% of the pair did not work.
The company is issuing a refund for 50%. One clip worked on send and receive on both a Garmin Rino 650 and 755t. The other only received on both units. The rating would have been a 4 if both worked.

Will not transmit
They work as a earbud in my 530's but do not transmit through the mic. I have to still talk into the radio and use the radios mic.

Switches in it seems to be crappy. but that said best one I can find.
