Guy Fieri Signature Stainless Steel Nakiri with Sheath (7-Inch, Black)

Good balance and seems to be good quality especially for the money. I use it almost daily and it is great for chopping and slicing and for picking up the chopped items. I liked it so well I bought one for my son who likes to cook too.

This is my second Guy Fieri knife they are awesome and stay sharp for cutting. Guy Fieri is more than diners drive ins and dives. . . . He sure sells a great bunch of knives 👍👍

Update: I'm ordering another one of these. Love the feel in the hand. Simply cant beat the price.My knife is still almost brand new, but I'm still giving it 5 stars. I have handled my fair share of knives and this one is of some of the best quality I've had for the money. And I'm not saying that because I'm a Guy Fieri fan. If you find this exact knife without Guys "paint" on it I recommend you buy it as well. Its a solid knife.The sheath that comes with it? Useless unless I want to take the knife with me somewhere. Granted I dont care for my knives meticulously and have them in piles in a drawer. I keep sharpeners and hones handy and use them frequently to sharpen prior to use regularly. I buy knives like I buy sunglasses, ones that feel and work well but inexpensive enough that I dont worry about babying them and just replace them when needed. I'm not going to worship a knife and keep it like precious jewelry...its a tool, it needs to just behave and work.

Good knife but the blade does have rust spots if you don't dry immediately.

I wanted a a good yet not too expensive chef's knife that can hold the sharpness. I wanted this for traveling to different locations where I can cook. This, thus far, is working for me as my go-to all around knife. May get a second one as a backup.
