This book was fun and easy to read for a child, but at the same time recounted a plausible and serious adventure. I got this as a birthday gift for my little cousin.

I loved the intensity of the writing and the way each trial changed Brian and strengthened him.I loved how even the worst events turned out for his good because he refused to feel self-pity and continued to use good sense to survive

Super snelle levering, de tweede dag al ontvangen.Het verhaal van het boek is leuk en leerzaam, ondanks dat er weinig dialogen in zitten. Heel soms valt de schrijver in herhaling van bepaalde zinsdelen maar om Engels te leren vond ik het niet storend.Zeker aan te bevelen voor kinderen vanaf 10/11 jaar. Maar ook voor volwassenen ...
