Great price!
This was a much cheaper cauliflower flour than other previous 1 option that cost was much more money. I discovered Glean Cauliflower Goodness option at a more reasonable cost. I found in though the flours is darker in color than previous brand, so I made myself first a waffle then a pancake batter was great! There wasn’t much of a cooking difficulty or difference again usage but exactly the same if recipe your transfered Glean cauliflower flour to white flour w/o any notable difference (I preferred to sift mine even if recipe did not require I think it gives rise but don’t know for a fact either way). I also made dog treats for friend and family’s pets as I had done previously with the other brand of cauliflower flour. This Glean Goodness Flour worried pets owners they thought flour contained chocolate which is poison to most dogs. I reassured them it was exactly same flour as previously made dog biscuits they took then home found the dogs enjoyed them regardless of color change. I personally used this product again and enjoy it. I just use the other more expensive flour for the happy dog and his reassured owner!

BROWN???
Absolutely terrible. The flour was BROWN. I sent a note to the manufacturer and got nothing back. It smelled strange and absolutely the wrong color. Will never get this again.

Smells and tastes like dirt!
Smells and tastes like pure dirt, also was much like coffee grinds and didnt even mix using nutribullet. I dont know how anyone can sell this. I tried cuz it was cheaper than my normal brand n said it was grown and packaged in USA. I think they jyst dyed dirt red. I will stick with Synergy Beetroot powder it is grown in Germany's Black Forest & tastes amazing, smells amazing n works great!

Great Sweet Potato Flavor and Aroma! True Super Food and Cost Competitive!
Firstly, one cannot eat too many sweet potatoes, and this is an excellent dietary addition. The most often cited long lived population with the most centenarians was the Okinawans from the mid twentieth century who ate a low cal diet composed of 97% whole plant foods with 2/3 of their calories from one food, the sweet potato. Of additional importance is that their diet contained only 3-4% calories from animal products and was dairy free, and this product is vegan and 100% sweet potato.Open the package and you will smell a pleasant sweet potato essence. The taste is excellent. The packaging is high quality and keeps the product well preserved. This product has many advantages. While it would appear expensive at a cost of $0.63 per 110 calorie serving when you compare it to sweet potatoes from one of the big box "health food" stores the price per calorie is the same. This powder is at times double the price of typical grocery chain's cost, and this cost analysis includes a 20% spoilage factor for all the times I have had to throw out rotten potatoes from the market and the usual loss from peeling off the bad parts etc. Therefore, this is a cost competitive product if comparing to some stores, but if you can get good quality sweet potatoes from a local grower or another source then fresh may be best. For those who want to take one of the most nutrient dense and healthy products hiking this would be your choice. My favorite use so far has been to add a serving of this dry sweet potato to about 2/3 cup of dry old fashioned oats, add cinnamon, ginger and a little vanilla with just enough water or almond milk to moisten. The result is a very delicious and healthy whole food snack or dessert that requires no cook although you could microwave it if you want it warm. The treat is reminiscent of a cookie or even holiday rum balls etc but without any refined sugar. The snack tastes great but doesn't leave you with a mouthful of sugar residue to contribute to tooth decay when you are away from your toothbrush. Of course, I will at often substitute it for fresh in my daily supper which always includes a serving of sweet potato blended in the mix of various whole plant foods.Of course, the question remains if the nutrient quantity is affected by the drying process. Looking at the label one may assume that is true, but the levels are dubious as research has shown that sometimes cooking actually increases available vitamins. At any rate, the key healthy constituents remain in this product and most likely the vast majority of antioxidants, vitamins etc. and certainly the fiber. And ANY 100% sweet potato product is better than none so this is a great product if it helps you include more.Additionally, there are times when the local grocery just doesn't have good sweet potatoes as it is a seasonal item. You can maintain a high intake of health giving sweet potato in your diet by keeping this in the cupboard. It travels well in an RV or on the trail camping. And there are times when I am rushed or lazy or don't want to haul heavy sweet potatoes around and am grateful for the convenient powder. I will include this in my staple items. Is it environmentally friendly. Obviously, it takes some energy to dry the potatoes, but shipping cost and fuel are reduced also as this weighs 25% and cost 1/4 as much to ship as the raw potatoes which hold a lot of heavy water.Dear Glean LLC, please keep up the quality on this product and keep it available. Possibly a 1# bag would save a little money too. I have eaten many types of sweet potatoes around the world, grown them in my garden and studied them for decades. Of all foods in the world I have found in my 66 year search for ultimate nutrition this may be one of the best and most sustainable I have found. You get an A+ for a product that meets the highest standards of nutrition, sustainability and convenience. Keep up the good work.Your very truly, Uncle Tea

Smelled and tasted burnt.
I did not like this product at all. The flour was brown in color and smelled burnt. I used it to make pizza crust and couldn't eat it because it had a burnt taste.
