Resurrected my printer
Even though my Color LaserJet hasn't had that many pages pushed through it, it's several years old already. The fuser crapped out and this kit included everything I needed to resurrect it. At first the job looked too complicated for me to try by myself, but after finding some videos online I convinced myself I could handle it. While I couldn't find any videos of my exact model (mine has a duplexer on the back), I took several pictures of where all the screws went back as I took off each piece. That allowed me to more easily reverse the process to reassemble everything correctly. When all done it printed like new!

Didn't fix the printer problem (at first)
Wasted my money. Didn't clear up the printer problem and virtually impossible to remove the old fuser without damaging it, so stuck with this expensive part that hasn't helped. Sadly, no instructions or tips on replacing the old fuser assemblyUPDATE: After two months of the fuser still streaking the prints, eventually the problem finally cleared up so in the end it was worth the effort. I upgraded my review to 3 Stars.

Solves 50.2 fuser error on HP MFC 476
Simple fuser replacement. Remove a few screws, pop off the back panel, undo a few wiring harnesses, slide out the old fuser, replace, and reverse the procedure to put it all back together.Also comes with replacement rollers for the paper trays. No instructions included, but between some YouTube videos and the service manual I didn't have any issues. Pretty straightforward, just be careful with removing the rollers. Make sure you enter the secondary service menu to position the pick roller and unplug (not power down) the printer before starting.

My old friend works again!
Watch a couple of You Tube video and you too can get your workhorse of a printer working again. Nice piece fit perfectly. I haven't tackled the rollers yet but they don't look too hard and I haven't had any feed problems. A nice touch is the pre-paid label to return the old core. Shipped and arrived quickly and the price is very fair.

Worked great
Had trouble with jams around the fuser unit. Replaced fuser and rollers on machine. Everything worked great. Problem solved.
