80 Watt Iron Plastic Welding Replacement Tip 4 TPO TEO PP Auto Car Bumper Repair

This is a good replacement for the harbor freight welder tip. I ordered it to replace the tip on the harbor freight welder that snapped off.

I used this for melting plastic fixing a cracked ATV fender. The metal used is very cheap, in a 100w iron it got so soft it kept bending making it difficult to complete the task. I was able to complete the repair, but at the end it broke off. The description does say for 80w irons, so I was a little beyond the rated wattage so that’s why I gave it 2 stars over just 1 star

Got this as a spare. Haven't need it yet. It's exactly the same as the one that came with my 80w plastic welder. Solid brass casting with threads cut on one end a a flat surface milled on the other.
