Excellent Read!For anyone new to Project Finance and who needs an understanding of the basics in order to comprehend more complex structures, this book is a must-read! It assumes no prior knowledge of finance and defines terms in its simplest form. It also adds a legal touch to its description of concepts. I had to buy the book as I cross-registered for a course on Infrastructure Finance at the Harvard Kennedy School. As an LL.M. candidate at the Harvard Law School, the book helped my understanding of the advanced concepts in the course. I worked in a top law firm's Power and Infrastructure Practice for a year, but my understanding of project finance concepts has been greatly enhanced.
