Worth every penny for hypermobility aide
I have a hyper mobility disorder that causes my pelvis to partially dislocate. This led to me walking really strangely and limiting my mobility. My doctor at Mayo Clinic told me to order this belt, and it has been amazing for me! When my pelvis is wonky, I put it on and it helps my parts to communicate with my brain so I don’t walk weird anymore. I no longer need a cane or walker on the bad days. This has been a real gift in my life!

Grateful for this belt
Have been using it a few weeks now. Seems to be helping! Good Velcro, stays in place, and it doesn’t take long to figure out if it’s too tight.

Pregnant with twins/pelvic pain
I’m 23 weeks pregnant with twins and my pre-pregnancy size is a XS/S. I still fit in size Small maternity pants but I went with the XL and I’m so glad I did! With the adjustable straps in the back, this currently fits me and will last through the end of pregnancy… Plus my husband could borrow if needed! My pelvic floor PT recommended for pelvic/pubic symphysis pain and it’s MUCH better than the elastic pelvis support bands!

Piece of garbage!
This is a complete piece of garbage. It has a cheap feel to it, and it doesn’t do a darned thing except drain your wallet. I learned a lesson to check n the future to see if items are returnable before I purchase them. $50 straight into the sewer system.

This belt actually does work
I was recommended to buy this belt from a physical therapist. It actually does work I just wish it was a little cheaper.

Great for Pregnancy!
Recommended by a friend. I had sacroiliac joint pain about halfway through my pregnancy. A standard belly band didn’t help, but this really did the trick stabilizing and supporting my pelvis! The only thing I don’t like is how the edges curl in after awhile if you wear it snug. Would still absolutely buy!

MY experience
Opened the package, wrapped the belt around myself correctly, and within 3 minutes , I was sold. Left hip -completely detereated . Had huge replacement done. Spine is worse than deboning a chicken and letting it sit out for two days. ( thank god I'm pretty 😆) So, my right SI joint is extremely stretched out. Specialist and chiropractor explained how to keep that "rubber band" tight again. Unfortunately , my experience was cleaning a very large hone for over an hour. So in love with the belt . Needed to use the bathroom, and obviously had to take it off to pull down blue jeans. Put back on, walked back through the house and began limping in severe pain. ????. I redid the velcro, 3x's. By another hour passing, I had to take it off. Might be too much damage by too much compression ? 6 hrs. Later.....still uncomfortable. I will definitely recommend this belt, and definitely will offer speaking to a specialist a bit more . Just for the record - I did absolutely nothing out of the norm )

This Belt Works
I was recently diagnostic with Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction. I’ve had a back issue for months and it slowly escalated over time. I’ve always had a sore back at certain times, but this last time...threw me for a huge loop. The pain was excruciating and it was a pain I had never experienced. Sleeping at night was impossible with such discomfort and mornings I was immobile due to the pain. For the first time in my life, I caved and went to see a chiropractor. I have several family members who see a local chiropractor and I was desperate for immediate help and made an appointment. I was also sent for X-rays, at his recommendation, because I was in such pain - to make sure there were no spinal or disc issues - and there were not. The first chiropractic visits were not easy. The doctor gave me some exercises to do at home and suggested this belt. He casually mentioned it ran about $25 - at a later visit I mentioned to him that the belt was actually $50. I considered dupes at a lower price with very good reviews, but I settled on the actual Serola brand the doctor had mentioned. Choosing a size was difficult, as I was borderline between large and extra large. I chose the extra large and I was glad I did. The extra material gave me the security of knowing it would fit and it did not interfere with comfort. Now for the review. This belt works. It’s been a couple of weeks filled with chiropractor visits, exercises (painful at first), heat in the morning and icing during the day, a much needed new mattress, ibuprofen, and some frustration tears along the way. But I’m feeling better. At first, I wore the belt all day and overnight. But I’m slowly weaning off the number of hours of keeping it on. It hides well under long tops and around my pants. There r moments when I feel a twinge of back pain and I put it back on. I don’t know what it is, but it actual provides comfort. It doesn’t hurt when it’s on and is actually quite comfortable - u adjust the snugness totally with the Velcro closures. I’m not 100% yet, but I can honestly say this belt has helped my slow recovery tremendously. This belt is not just specifically for my diagnosed condition - there r others listed as well, but do the research to be sure it is for u. I don’t foresee me ever actually getting rid of this belt, it is a good “insurance policy” should any of that familiar pain kick in again.
