HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!This is an amazing product! It's very hard to find in stores, unfortunately. It is incredibly useful for so many recipes as wheat flour substitute with 1 gr carb, zero sugar and zero fat and gluten free. It has a great flavor. It's simply awesome. I added to my soup and used as flour to make pancake and cookies. so glad it's being sold on Amazon!

NOT low-carb.
This is not really low carb, unless you're only going to eat a tablespoon. The amount of "1 carb" listed on the package is only for ONE TEASPOON. So if you use a 1/2 c of this, it's about 24g of carbohydrates. I feel pretty deceived... not by the label, but by the seller's headline description of this as "low carb". One teaspoon of pretty much anything would be low carb. There's not even any fiber or nutrients in this, based on the label, which is also confusing.

Label is misleading
I am sure it will work fine as a baking product for my gluten free guess at Christmas but: 1. Where is the information for the free EBOOK? Not in package. and 2. The nutrition facts are by the teaspoon. 5 calories and 1g of carbohydrates per TEASPOON. Who is going to use just a teaspoon? Not impressed at all with the label or manufacturer! I gave it a 3 star just because the produce is fine.

You should not make Arracacha soups/purees with flour.
This Arracacha flour is a powder and did not reconstitute into the soup that I remember from Venezuela, a soup made with fresh Arracacha Root.

Brazilians will love this
The flavor is great and Brazilians that miss “mandioquinha” or “batata baroa” will be very happy with it. I add it to soups and it thickens it and the sweet flavor in between celery and potato is delicious.
