I use these shorts under my wetsuit and I use a thermal shirt underneath the wetsuit as well. Since the cut of the waist is NOT hip hugger on these shorts, I can tuck my shirt into the shorts so it doesn't ride up. That's perfect for me. The shorts are well made and the four way stretch doesn't restrict movement.

I am 6' tall, weight 190 and have a 33" waist. The medium fits perfectly. I surf, and wear these under my boardshorts when the water is a little cool. Throw on a vest (long sleeve, short sleeve, or tank top), and have the warmth and versatility to conquer a variety of conditions.

These, along with their socks, helped me get into my wetsuit and boots without any hassle. They are warm, comfortable, and do not restrict my movement while SCUBA diving. I highly recommend them as a base layer for your wetsuit!

Ordered an XL, but apparently I'm an in-betweener since my 39" waist makes me more like an XLL, but 5'10, 205lbs, and skinny legs led me to the XL. Wished it would have vome-up higher over 'love handles', but at age 76 and an avid Surfer, SUP surfer, and former powerlifter, am stuck with odd measurements. Bot to wear under a short wetsuit cause our So Cal water temps still @ 60 deg. Helps alot. Would be 5 stars if waist came-up higher. I recommend.

Good fit, quality and style. Worth the purchase, I wear under board shorts to delay use of wetsuit as water gets colder.

I bought these shorts to wear under my full body scuba wetsuit. I primarily chose this product because of the 1 mil thickness to reduce bulk. They fit nicely and the legs are the perfect length. They don't bunch when I pull my wet suit over them, they don't add any obvious bulk to my wet suit and they stay in place when I pull my wet suit off. Can't ask for more than that.

Good quality but very thin material

Had a wetsuit that leaked in the wrong place ;/ These shorts improved the quality of my life! Kept my stuff warm and cozy on the early surf mornings. If I could give 6 stars I would!!
