Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I’ve been using this dispenser for almost a month now in my kitchen and after one adjustment, its working great.I filled it with Dawn dish soap to add onto my sponge for dishwashing. It was difficult for the dispenser to dispense the soap; had to activate it multiple times. I assumed the soap’s viscosity was a bit too thick so I added a little water into it to dilute it. Bingo. Its been working great ever since.This unit activates every time when it is SUPPOSED to activate. I bring this up because I have used multiple other devices like this which either do not activate no matter what hand motion you make (AGHHH!) but then randomly activate when no one is in the room.SO, A+ on getting your motion technology right. Also to note, I find the amount dispensed to be acceptable which is good because there is not a way to adjust this.I am thinking to get a couple more for my bathrooms to use with regular hand soap.

My review comes a bit late since my purchase because it took a long time to receive my initial order. How do you make a product that is meant to be around water that is not waterproof? It looks very nice and is very modern but the minute you touch it with wet hands it starts to peel. It started to peel and the sensor didn't work anymore after I refilled the soap. I wrote to the vendor and they sent me a new one for the same thing to happen. Of course my hands are wet because I'm washing dishes. When I went to take the batteries out of the old one to put in the new one, the batteries were rusted. It's like a cheap foil film over it that is not made to get wet. Do not purchase! I don't like to give bad reviews but this product is clearly not made to be exposed to the smallest amount of water.

It is a very cheaply made product.. It stopped dispensing and the “silver finish” chipped off about a week after I started using it. The seller ignored my request for a return and I am currently waiting for Amazon to refund my money. Save yourself the hassle and Do not buy this dispenser.

Very stunning product, very modern looking. The automatic dispenser works very well with no issues. Would buy again. It is well described and pictured as is. Such a great product!

Poor quality and only worked lest than a day.

Using this in my kitchen, because using soap s lot over there. Very convenient. Sensor is working great, giving soap right away. Silver is matching my kitchen sink. Overall I like it, want it also for dish soap and get another one for the bath.

Ciertamente me gusto el diseño del producto, pero lamentablemente despues de 3 dias, dejo de funcionar. He sustituido las baterias, el detergente liquido etc. Pero ya no funciona. No recomiendo este producto motive de la mala experiencia que he tenido.
