Leave it for special days. Not everyone can love this barbershop parfume, but everyone will smell Quality. This will make a boy to a man.

I'm not even from NYC, but this scent brought be an intriguing joy. It smells rich, very full. At first you think you'll be overwhelmed but the experience is so pleasant, you quickly wish the potency never wears off. And it is potent, 2-3 sprays is plenty for 9-10hrs +. Some say it smells like a rich old lady in a Cadillac. But being a man, I like to think of it as a morning train ride from Hudson to the city.

I thought I had discovered a regal potion with Creed’s Bois du Portugal, which this is often compared to. However, New York Intense goes one step beyond. This is smoother and more complex, a magnificent blend that is possibly of superior quality to Creed's creation. Upmarket barbershop, some may say; Fragrantica calls it a woody aromatic, yet its own creator classifies it as oriental spicy citrus. Whatever label you choose to use this is a veritable niche creation that is indeed worthy of being called "niche" (unlike many offerings out there), and one which I am delighted to have in my collection.A gentlemanly scent that evokes Creed’s BDP, Roja’s Danger Parfum Pour Homme, Chanel Pour Monsieur EDP and a nod to the luxury green found in Chanel’s Les Exclusifs collection, Sycomore. That said, words cannot describe the mystique of this fragrance; a constantly changing constellation of notes that takes you to another world. My new favourite fragrance; the only reason I would not call it a signature scent is because it is so special that it is best kept for very special occasions.

Honestly, I was hoping for something alittle different, however this smells similar to a very very elderly hospital patient. Maybe it’s how it sets on my skin or possibly just how it smells
