the size. They are larger and cover the entire project I am working with. Also 3 in the pack so I put one on the bottom and one on the top and I get even fast heat.

I realize these are sold to be used in heat press machines but I bought them and cut them down to size to put on the trays of my food dehydrator and they work perfectly. I make homemade yogurt and make fruit roll-ups using these Teflon sheets in my dehydrator.

Great to protect my heat press and vinyl projects. I used this teflon sheet and heavy duty magnets to keep teflon secured on my heat press all the time.
