Exactly what I needed for the job
These made life soooo much easier than trying to use regular off the shelf bits for wood, metal and pvc. They do heat up so I recommend keeping a cup of cool water on your station and dipping it between cuts.I’ve cut a hundred or so holes in 8mm -12mm thick acrylic sheets and they work beautifully.

Best drill bit for anything plastic or acrylic
I own a few entertainment centers and use a card swipe system on my arcade games. I have to drill many different sized holes in acrylic and plastic all the time. These drill bits make the job look professionally done. Clean, precise holes everytime. No need for any sanding or deburring . Since using these bits I haven't cracked or damaged any of the acrylic pieces on my games. I've saved tons of time and money. Worth every penny.

Great bits
These are expensive but they drill in plexi great. I have drilled in both 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch, not one single chip, and no pulling or gnawing. These bits will never touch anything but acrylic or lexan. Well worth the money.

They do work.
It requires slow drilling for thin acrylic to keep from cracking or ragged holes. Probably only an issue with thin sheet acrylic.
