I usually combine this with Phosphatidylserine. And I must say this stuff is great, there are days when it doesn't seem to help as much as I'd like. Which makes me think it has to be during a certain mental phase or when your body is low on certain resources. So you definitely want to make sure you take this at the right time, not so much a scheduled time but more based upon what you are feeling and are mentally going through around that time. So once you build up some good muscle memory on timing it. This product is fantastic, it's like getting an actual mental energy boost. And what I mean by that is, I don't feel like it boosts your brains "potential" output, so it won't make you smarter. But simply speaking, as time goes on throughout the day we get mentally tired, or if you are doing more mental stuff than usual or are getting stressed, you often feel extremely mentally drained afterwards. ( I know I do) This simply helps you re-gain that mental energy you lost throughout the day. So this is fantastic for anyone that works longer shifts, or has a lot of things going on after work that you need to be mentally there for. This is the product you absolutely need for days like that.

I’m pregnant and had to up my choline since most prenatals don’t have enough. I’ve been using Solar supplements for the past 12 years so I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing it. I just trust them.Well, it turns out it works great not only for baby’s brain development but mommy’s too! My brain has more clarity and I am more motivated to get things done despite being pregnant and working 6 days a week.They say it works on the long run but last week I was extremely busy and forgot to take it for 3-4 days. I felt like my brain wasn’t working by the end of the day!I don’t suggest taking it before bedtime since I think that’s what kept me up all night one time I did.Beware, pills are huge! I’ve never had trouble swallowing pills and I don’t have any problem with these but I see how some people could.No flavor/aftertaste!

the company is top notch as are their products; however, these capsules are too big to easily swallow. despite being liberally described as gel caps, they are anything but... they are extremely hard; coupled with their size, i have had major issues with them getting stuck in my throat. the final time i attempted to take them, one lodged in my throat horizontally and took a while to get loose. it actually bruised my throat, which was sensitive for days thereafter. i cannot recommend these for anyone who has ever had problems swallowing large capsules. this was my first such problem with any like supplement.

I've been taking Phosphatidylcholine on and off for years. I worked as an IT manager for a couple decades and there were days I had to be working intensely on spreadsheets or reviews for 8 to 10 hours straight. That used to be a problem, I would get a hung over feeling in the afternoon and be less productive. My brain hurt.But since I started taking this about 5 years ago, my brain is supercharged. I never get tired of thinking. You actually need to be careful not to take it in the afternoon or evening as it will keep you awake. Not in a druggy speed kind of way, just in a 'my brain ins't tired' kind of way.I've bought cheaper brands and regreted it. The cheaper brands tend to leak and the gel caps get sticky and you can't put them in with other pills or then bleed and make a mess. Solgar is the best I've found so far.SEX: I realized recently that when I take it every day my sexual libido is lower. I'm not 'on the hunt' if you know what I mean. But it actually ins't a bad thing because it means your libido gets to build up instead of being drained often. Its more like you can ignore the sexual urge until it builds up passed a higher threshhold. This can be a good thing even if a guy had sexual issues. Like letting the water build up behind the tall dam instead of constantly letting the water drain off through a relief value. Your mileage may vary.
