Best for safety razors
If you like the old school feel of shaving and quality blades, look no further. I use these on a safety razor I got as a gift and man they last and stay sharp. I've never had issues with them. Definitely value for money

These blades are the real deal!
I ordered the 100 red/white pack from SBT Supply and it had the same black-label 5 packs I've always had. Fancy little box too, since it has that metallic silver blade logo on the front lol. Anyway, these blades are exactly like the ones I received in a sampler from another seller a while back.About the blades: They are extremely overpriced, no way getting around that. I paid almost $40 for a 100 pack - the last time I bought blades, I paid $7 for a 100 pack of Shark blades. Those are excellent btw, but something about my shaving habits lately made me realize I was irritating the hell out of my face with them. Astra SP blades - in the same realm as those sharks, also cost about $7 for 100. You're paying FIVE TO SIX TIMES MORE for these Feather blades. Is it worth it? Yes. Sadly. They are sharper than anything else I've used. I can run my razor up and down my face exactly once and these blades will leave it fairly clean - maybe a second pass in trouble spots. If I try anything more, it'll nick my face lol. They are very sharp. The sharpness means fewer passes and less skin irritation. Being able to shave my face cleanly with no irritation in like 5 minutes is TOTALLY worth the extra money. At the end of the day, $40 in cartridge shaver land is a great price for 12 proglide blades. So yea, I'm really satisfied. The only thing is I haven't managed to get more than 3 good shaves out of a blade, so really this 100 pack might not last a year. We'll see. Still, great blades and fast shipping via prime! :)

Works well for my face. Real deal feather razors.
This arrived to a face badly in need of a shave (Pro Tip: Remember to order a new box when you open the last cartridge!). I can confirm that these are the real deal. I received a long box with 20 cartridges of 5 blades each of some of the best blades made. The seller was Saving Blade and Razors. On to the razors:I have moderately sensitive skin and I have tried about 20 different types of blades since switching from the garbage 5-blade razors. Beyond a shadow of a doubt these are the sharpest razors I've had the fortune of using, a sentiment that is likely echoed 100x in these reviews. Many call these blades aggressive, but frankly I don't know if that is a good descriptor. I think unsympathetic is a good term. If you do not have the proper prep of your face, or if you do not have a good shave soap, you will find this razor to be mean. If you have some experience these razors shave like a dream. BBS every time, and you can get a few shaves from one blade.Alternatively, if you're like me and purchased these blade just as you switched to safety razors, you'll soon learn what weepers are and you'll know exactly where you technique needs improving. Make sure to grab an alum block if you're new (you should have one if you aren't.), and use it with cold water following your shave, it will help your skin out immensely as well as giving you a few problem areas that will feel a slight burn when you go over them.If you're finding these too unyielding for your first blades, put aside these for when you get more experience and pick up a pack of Gillette Silver Blues or Astra Platinums for a nice clean shave with a little less sharpness, or maybe even some Derby's for even less sharpness to work on technique.

Do your skin a favor. Try these blades.
These are excellent blades. For years I have been using a high quality electric shaver but thought I'd give a double edge razor a try. I did a bit of research and then bought the following items on Amazon - Merkur 34c heavy duty razor, with these Feather blades. For shaving cream I use the Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood creme, and the shaving brush is the RazoRock, Barber Handle, Plissoft synthetic. I am new to all of this, so I just went with some products that seemed to be well-recommended in the reviews here on Amazon. The bottom-line is that the Feather blades with the Merkur 34c razor do a fantastic job. My face is pretty sensitive and tends to get irritated by shaving, but I did fine with this razor, using these products. I think the key for me was to first watch a few videos on Youtube that showed the proper way to use a double-edge razor (definitely helped me). And I try not to rush my shave. I take my time, and find I actually ENJOY shaving now. Go figure. It is kind of relaxing, and I end up with the best shaves I have had in many years. It's pretty "old school" stuff, but I like it. My wife likes the aroma of the shaving creme too. Oh, and I do use a bit of coconut oil on my face and then use the shaving creme on top of the oil. Then after my shave I add a bit of the coconut oil on my face along with a non-alcohol based after shave now called, Lather & Wood Sandalwood After Shave Balm, that I also bought on Amazon. Regarding the Feather blades, I am very pleased. No more irritation from my shaves. Shaving is now a joy rather than a pain.

Sharpest and most durable blades
These are absolutely the best blades, but they are extremely sharp. If you have an aggressive razor with a lot of reveal and a sensitive skin, you'll get cut. This blade works best paired with mild razors like Merkur 23C, 33C, 34C, Feather Popular, or Feather AS D2. Aside from providing an effortless shave without any tagging on your beard, this blade is also very durable and consistent from one shave to the next. I typically get 5-7 shaves per blade (I shave every other day). This will vary for each user, but overall, I found this blade to be more durable than any other I have tried. Compared to most other blades this one is also more rigid (stiff) which reflects the thickness of the blade and hardness of the metal. On razors with more blade reveal (how much of the blade is exposed) this is important, because a blade that is softer and flimsier will result in more razor burn. Yes, these blades are more expensive, but the much higher quality of Japanese steel, more mileage, and top quality control outweighs the additional cost in my book!
