STAEDTLERGARDEN MARKER PEN PERMANENT OUTDOOR MARKER - [Pack of 2]

It seems to work but only time and sunlight will tell to see if they fade out in the sun. However the first indication is that it writes well on smooth surfaces that usually pens won't adhere to. I am a pro artist and pens are my business. This is a long-standing brand that usually makes good items. Especially for the price but these are a little high.

This is the marker you want. The tip allows for fine print and thicker print by how hard you press. This marker has much more ink, last longer. I've tried the other popular brand and these were faults it had.

This and the Eddington(sp?) where the only 2 (of 6), I tested on plastic bags, that did not scratch/flake -off/fade. It stays on without fading even after being handled a lot.

We bought these to mark our new garden, very happy to announce none of the markings has dimmed or rubbed off our tags in almost a year!

I have to give these more time to dry than the metallic sharpies I was using, but they write very nicely. The ink has a strong oder to it, like rancid tomatoes. It's nothing that deters me from using them but it's such a distinctive thing that I thought I'd mention it.

Work really well

This pen writes well on a laminated map. Well made, small but sturdy point. Allowed me to mark the route and stops of a hop-on-hop-off bus tour of Paris clearly. Recommend.

Time will tell. So far so good. I wrote on my garden tags and now will see if it is still able to read in spring. Sharpie ran and faded. Hoping this one works.
