Now I was looking into waist trainers and we all know the famous brand that we scroll across on social media but it's 39.99 plus depending on which you choose. So honestly I'm starting a journey didn't want to wait two weeks so I'm like hey Imma try this one concept seems the same and baby it snatches on periodt. I got a 3x honestly thought I was gonna need 4 or 5 for all this stomach and back 😂 but it fits I'm a plus size girly 24 in pants 2 to 3 x top depending on the material. And I'm more pear shaped but I got a gut and big back hunny and I'm keeping this one. Glad I ordered it. Once you get the lil clamps to do their job zipping was kinda extra work won't lie but once I get all that it's all good. It pulled it all in. Yes ur gonna have a make a decision pull it up to cover that lil back fat over hanging on the sides or stuff that gut but shorter torso chic's may not have that problem. It fits comfortably except pushing my breast up to my neck almost 😂 that's how I feel but not literally.

I mainly bought this product for back support. I’m a CNA so I bend and twist a lot which has definitely made a noticeable impact on my lower back. This product is great for support. I’m 3 hours into my 12 hour shift and have already noticed a difference. I did a size small. I’m a 29 inch waist and size 4 pants. The small was a bit snug at first but once you break it in and get used to it, it’s ideal. I wear it under my scrubs and it’s not noticeable.

I’m 5’3 about 213lbs and I got an XL because that’s what size I wear in everything basically. I’d recommend going a size up. Thankfully it doesn’t roll! I’m def. Getting another one in a bigger size. But my waist looks snatched in the mean time 😌

I bought this trainer to wear to the gym. It is a little tight at first, but as you wear it gets more comfortable. It makes my tummy sweat & I can see that it is definitely helping defining my waist.I like that I can make it tighter if I need too, easy to take off and on & it covers lower tummy and all the way up to below my breasts. I can see this maybe being a problem if you have a longer torso though.Overall, I think it serves it’s function for the price.

This waist trainer is amazing! It fits perfectly and stays in place during workouts. I sweat so much more with it on, and the double-layer tummy control really helps shape my waist. Super lightweight and comfortable.

I love it, it dosent give me the feeling of bulging out of it and hold me in nice. I take it to the gym and it helps me alot especially with my posture.

I love this waist trainer. It’s a corset and waist strap combined. I just had a baby a few months ago and my core is extremely weak. I needed something to help me feel secure while supporting my core. I bought a large which was tight when I first put it on, but it’s supposed to be. The more I wear it the better it fits but never gets uncomfortable. I try to wear it a few hours a day while doing things that require mindless core like dishes, vacuuming, laundry etc. I plan to use it when I am back at work to help with my posture. It is a thick material and can make you sweat, but machine washes easy. I did not dry in the dryer to help maintain the Velcro.
