WOW Skin Science Activated Charcoal & Keratin Shampoo 16.9 oz

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have used this in the past. It is excellent for oily hair and it leaves my hair cleaner but moisturized too.

I’ve used this for a long time and it’s my go-to favorite shampoo. I have to wash daily and have long fine hair with oily scalp,But the last bottle I got the shampoo is completely black and doesn’t rinse out well at all. This has happened prior as well quality control or formula change?If you’re lucky enough to get the silver colored shampoo it’s great. If you get the black shampoo it won’t rinse out and leave you with “squeaky clean” scalp. And leaves film in the tub.I’m going to order another hoping it comes in with the silver grey shampoo,

It truly does leave your hair in a tangled mess, like the other people have said. The conditioner does little to nothing for getting the tangles out. I‘ve only used it 3 times but will try it a couple more. If nothing changes, and I doubt it will, into the trash it will go. It’s quite possible I picked the wrong formula for my hair but don’t plan, at this point, on buying any more WOW products. Plus, they should mention in their ads the ridiculous way the conditioner is supposed to be used. Get out of the shower with the conditioner still in your hair, wrap your hair in a towel for, I think, it’s something like 7 minutes, then get back in the shower to rinse it out. Really?!? Who has time for that!

Love this shampoo, it works well and smells great!

This shampoo leaves my hair smelling good an feeling clean for days. The quality of the shampoo is thick, but not too thick, and a little bit will do the job (even though I used way too much the first time!) That makes for great value. My hair is shiny and performs well for many days between washing.
