Funciona para mí, noto la diferencia en incremento de la leche, no por mucha cantidad pero si aumento.

If I could give zero stars I would. Within hours, this supplement gave me extreme stomach pains to the point I almost went to the doctor thinking I was having postpartum uterus pain 5 weeks after giving birth. Didn’t think it was the supplement so continued to take. Finally decided to stop taking to see if this was the cause, and sure enough, stomach pain subsided within hours of stopping. Now unfortunately all my expressed breast milk has the remnants of it and it’s causing my newborn extreme distress and pain. Buyer beware.

Sadly this didn't help me, I tried to make it work but it always made my heart race and make me a little nauseated. I was about to throw them away and my mom wanted them for herself. I gave them to my mom. She is Diabetic and she claims this has helped her control her blood sugar levels. She has been taking them whenever she feels the need to and she is almost done with the bottle.

I ended up buying this product twice on my 6 month Breastfeeding journey because they worked so well ! It seems a little pricey but considering they worked well for me it’s a great value for what you’re all getting !

Better than cash cow!These capsules are just awesome for lactation moms, my milk supply has not dropped because of this tablet. I use to take 2 capsules of cash cow which is equivalent to 1 capsule of this moringa. No more milk duct.
