Great lil sub
Great lil sub! im using it in my Ford Taurus powered by a JL 400/4(set at about 100rms). i have it in a custom made 6th order bandpass tuned at 30hz-88hz .7cuft front 1.6cuft rear. the sub sounds great! it has a lil dip in the higher range of tuning(60-80hz) but i slightly fixed this with a +1-2db boost in that freq range.

Great for BFM builds
I used this driver in a pair of BFM Tuba 18 enclosures as prescribed. The result is strong bass in the 40-100Hz region, with equalization and placement a relatively flat response can be obtained from 30 - 90Hz at 100dbC. Both drivers came in great working order from MCM. This is my first experience with MCM drivers and I am very satisfied with the quality and look of the drivers.

put in in a BFM horn
Built a truck tuba with this driver and am very pleased. Unreal response, blew away the competition, which was dual 12" direct radiator subs. check out bill fitzmaurice's website if you are unfamiliar with DIY folded horn speaker cabinets
