We'll see if it lasts as long as the others he's had. If it has to be replaced more often but costs less it kind of evens out to the ones that you have to replace less often but cost more.

This is my second or third time buying these for my husband (we’ve been married for 3 years). He wears these more than his wedding ring! He says they’re very comfortable. Because it is a rubber band, he does lose/misplace them often so I’d recommend a multi pack. But overall, these are great
