I was a bit skeptical about ordering these, considering that many people were complaining about the rust. However, I am going to take my chances to leave my own review. This pool is a Coleman 14 foot steel pro max 33 inch deep, for reference. I have inserted four of these lights and this is what I got! I will say that the suction cups that come with these will not work on sticking to the pool liner. I have purchased magnets to stick them to the pool liner as there are magnets attached to the lights. At this time, these are just for show and not to be kept in the pool for heavy usage because I do not believe they would stay attached to the walls with my children playing.I will update my review once the lights have spent some time inside of the pool.

This wasn't my first rodeo with this product. I bought these a few years ago and I didn't have a issue with them. I actually loved them except for the the suction cups wouldn't keep them stuck on the side of our pool so, I had to use the magnet on them to keep them hung inside the pool. Using the magnets caused rust on the inside of my pool on my pool liner. (Picture attached with this review).. but after a few Summer's being underwater in my pool they wore out which I expected over time. This year I decided it was time for new ones. I ordered new ones on June 13th 2022... along with a new super-sized pack of batteries from Energizer. They arrived on June 15th 2022. Due to being extremely busy working I didn't have time to put them in the pool until this past week. This time has been a totally different experience. I put the new batteries in the brand new "Submersible " LED lights. First of all the lights wouldn't come on when I pushed the on button. I didn't have that issue prior. Second, the suction cups didn't hold them up in the pool (as I expected from owning my first ones) but I didn't expect to go out last night and find my lights filled up with water and rusted. Not only did I waste $38.15 for the lights, tax ect but the things destroyed twelve brand new batteries (which are expensive all by themselves). I'm attaching photos of the brand new "Submersable" Led lights. The lights were a total waste of money this time. I'm going to try to get my money back and get a new set (hoping this was a defective set). We shall see IF they refund me. Although, I'll still be stuck with the cost of the wasted batteries that these lights destroyed. Pictures are attached to show you what the lights look like in LESS than a week in my pool. One light is stuck on the "on" position and ithe others who knows at this point because I can't check anything out while they are completely soaked with water.. Bottom line is the "Submersible" LED lights filled up with water causing the lights to be destroyed. I don't understand why my first set didn't have this issue and my second set is a totally different experience. I'm really disappointed this time with this product.With my current experience I would not recommend this product at all.

The lights are brighter than we expected. Just one puck light illuminates the 12' diameter pool. Appreciate that these can be mounted with magnets. I picked up a 4 pack at the hardware store for $1.99.

In ground pool, had a tough time getting the suction cups to hold because of the plaster and even the tile had issues. Put a dab of Vaseline on the suction cups to help seal on the uneven surface. Did the trick!

A few got water in them in just one day and battery acid leaked. Some o my a few bulbs work. Also not good for above ground pool as the suction cups don’t stick. I had to tie string around them to hang. Waiting till the rest completely die and tossing them.

I was shocked how well these worked. They were super easy to install. Our pool is an above ground pool and the magnet in each light secured them without using the suction cups. I store my remote in a basket on the table on our deck and turn these on every night. I would highly recommend these lights.

My problem with the lights are that they don’t stick to the side of a marsite pool the serface of the pool isn’t smooth enough. The lights themselves are nice but not $42 nice. As they don’t stick to the sides, I put them on the bottom of the pool when I’m using them. Looks good but not a good a if I could attach themTo the sides. I would NOT recommend these light if you have Ann in ground marsite pool

Lights are great. They light up my whole pool and look great!
