This stuff really works & Amazon’s online customer service is great!
I have been using this product now for about 4-5 mo and am greatly impressed and happy with the results of getting my system back on track for normal & consistent elimination. I took enough with me on a 4-mo getaway but ran out before getting back home. I had this on auto delivery but needed it much sooner than my next shipment was scheduled for. I was able to easily have it shipped now & reschedule my auto delivery plan. Needless to say, I am very happy with this product and the seamless transaction I was able to make. Thank you very much to Amazon and the company this product is from!

Gallbladder and Pancreatitis pain gone! Cholesterol down! Polyp Shrinking!
A couple months ago I began experiencing left-sided back and abdominal pain. I knew it was my pancreas. An abdominal ultrasound confirmed I had a 6 mm polyp in my gallbladder, and these can cause pancreatic pain. The area over my gallbladder was also tender to the touch. My symptoms flared anytime I ate anything with fat. I started getting the pain on a daily basis. Upon further research, I learned that the majority of gallbladder polyps are caused by high cholesterol, which I also had. First I tried TUDCA and Ox bile supplement, which helped but not without other side effects so I stopped those. Next I tried aloe vera juice, which got rid of the pancreatic pain beautifully, however, it tasted just awful. Very bitter. So I started to think about how I could fix the root of the problem, which was my high cholesterol. I read about a study that showed Psyllium Husk can lower cholesterol. So I began with one tablespoon a day of the psyllium in the morning (tastes just like a milkshake when you blend it with oat milk). On the first day, I was dreading lunch because I was going to eat food with some fat in it, but after I ate the symptoms were very mild. By the third day I was not experiencing any pain at all when I ate. Wow. I really was not expecting this to work for the pancreatic/gallbladder pain. I was just hoping for it to lower my cholesterol after long-term use. It has now been 10 days since starting the psyllium and any symptoms I feel are so mild they are barely noticeable compared to before. I will definitely keep drinking this daily. I will update my review in a few months if this helps with shrinking the gallbladder polyp and/or lowering my cholesterol.UPDATE 07/21/22: I recently got updated labs. My total cholesterol went from 228 to 211, LDL cholesterol went from 152 to 134, and Non HDL Cholesterol went from 177 to 155. That is quite the drop after only 1 month of psyllium and oat milk in the morning. Prior to that I had been eating oats in the morning for about a month. For full disclosure I also replaced my normal greasy dinner with food containing lots of greens such as an oil-free chicken salad. For lunch I eat whatever greasy meal I want. Also my pancreatic and gallbladder pain is completely gone and has not returned (stopped completely within 2 weeks of starting the psyllium). I will update again once I get my follow-up gallbladder ultrasound in 3 months.UPDATE 12/13/22:Just went for my 6-month follow up ultrasound after the last one showed I had a 6 mm polyp in my gallbladder. Doctor told me that these could not be shrunk and that it will continue to grow, but I found a study that said psyllium could shrink these. Well I just got my results and my polyp is now 5 mm!! I know that doesn't sound like much but when you compare the two measurements, it is a noticeable difference. Shrinking is better than growing! I initially made some dietary changes after my first ultrasound but eventually reverted to eating what I wanted so I know it was the psyllium that helped. I have also been working on fixing any nutritional deficiencies with multi vitamins. But I tried to stick with the psyllium as best as I could. Sometimes I went days or even weeks without taking the psyllium because I'm busy with law school and I would forget. I believe that had I been more consistent, my polyp would have shrunk even more. I'm now back on the psyllium and will try to stay consistent until this polyp is completely gone.

Great Quality Organic Psyllium
Great quality, I’d give it five stars if the cost was lower. It is a vital ingredient in my gluten free ancient grain sourdough bread.
