When I was taking these I did feel more awake or alert. I guess my mood did change. I can’t say if it was this or just any other vitamins I was taking, but this was really the only vitamin that I added to my multivitamins so I don’t know it did Work. I do need to order more cause of vitamin D with the vitamin K is like that K sort of delivers the D where it needs to go I don’t know there’s so many things on here sometimes hard to choose, but this was a good choice.
