I've used this supplement for years and I can see the difference. Yesterday when I received the package, one of the bottles was damaged. All the powder from inside the capsules spilled out in the bottle.

No idea if it actually works or not but I can tell you I had bone grafting done to place 2 dental implants. Both grafts had failed. He had actually discouraged me from trying it a 2nd time but i persisted i want to try it again.. So the second time I decided to buy this supplement and started using apprx 2 weeks before surgery. Fast forward 6 months and my doc said the grafts look excellent!! Apparently I had grown plenty of healthy bone and bone was dense and able to hold both implants no problem ! He thought I had modified my diet + quit smoking but neither was true. I just added this and it made a difference for sure

These vitamins work when you take the required dose daily! At 72 my bones are strong and I believe Bb is the main reason.
