100% satisfied
One of the best purchases I’ve made this month! Arrived within a week. Could NOT beat the price! Was so easy to set up. Comes with everything you need! The keyboard and mouse being super cute is just the bonus! The keyboard is also very quiet not as click clacky as ones I’ve had before. Def recommend buying!!

Returning the Second Machine
Purchased this machine and the bios and OS were both corrupt with duplicate registry keys for Microsoft Services, allowing someone to remotely manipulate the machine. I complained and stated that I wanted to return it and they would not allow me to return it and told me they would send a replacement. I got the replacement and am having the same issues with this machine. Either the images on these machines are not good or someone who works at this company is doing this to machine to allow them to manipulate their customers computers. Either way DO NOT recommend at all.

Just unsatisfied
When purchasing I assumed the monitor and keyboard we're going to be the same name brand as the tower however it's a Dell computer with a Samsung monitor in a rii keyboard and mouse and of course now the Samsung monitor that also came with outer screen damage no longer wants to work and the the keyboard three of the keys do not type what they are for example the @ symbol is the ; key and all this is one day after you can replace and or return

Not bad but cheap.
I knew I was buying cheap but the monitor came in and was an obvious manufacturer defect(black spray all over the screen and buttons, and plastic parts that don’t quite fit.) Computer works great and the Chinese keyboard and mouse work fine, obviously you will get what you pay for, and I’m sure the desktop will do its job for me.

Nice for the price
I don't know what I did wrong, during setup, while installing a program from printmaster but, after contacting the seller, he gave me a few suggestions which fixed the problem. I have to say, however, that getting into safe mode used to be very simple; turn on the unit, press an "F" key while starting and bingo: You're in. NOW, you have to restart the computer THREE TIMES to get there! THREE TIMES!!! WOW! I finally downloaded a (free) third party application and got the job done. I remember, during the 1990's, backing up files, in windows 95, required four (count'em. FOUR!) key strokes and the backup worked fine (slapping 3.5 MB disks for hours, it seemed, but it worked.). Come windows 98 and it went from 4 strokes to 12(!!!) and it froze constantly. I mean, it NEVER worked. Not once. This was an obvious ploy to get you to buy them new fangled zip drives with 250MB per disk. Okay, I'll admit it. It was a welcomed upgrade. So, why does it take an act of god to get into safe mode? Anyway, I digress.I really like this computer. It works well, was easy to set up (after I originally screwed it up) and everything connected nicely. It's well priced, faster than my last computer and compact for a desktop. I swapped out the keyboard and mouse for wireless and I couldn't be happier. The deals are still out there. Look no further.
