Easy to take

Maybe it's me, but I have not noticed a single effect from my taking of these tablets. Back to the Maca for me when I finish these, as it gives me much more energy throughout the day.

Honestly, i really couldn't recommend this enough. I never ever write reviews for products I buy, but this has genuinely changed my life. I had problems with my heart for over two years, causing shortness of breath at rest because i have been training too hard at the gym and hence straining my heart over time. Using this now for a month, i can say that i am 90-95% recovered and can train at my previous capacity. But also to note I take 4-5 capsules 3/4 times a day along with coenzyme Q10 which can help support the heart. My last purchase was 10 packets because they ran out for over a month.
