I absolutely love these protein flex powders! I have many flavors, but the birthday cake is personally my favorite. It has low calories and high protein and I add mine in a light Greek yogurt or you could even use the plain fat free. Mix it up really good and if you’re feeling a little crazy, even add a little bit of sugar free whip cream and it taste like you have a dessert after dinner and it keeps me full all night long. I absolutely love these, and will always have them on hand and now my husband eats them too.

lost 130lbs and wanted something that was good in protein but nice to mix with shakes. tried it in my protein shake, tastes like eating a vanilla chapstick. tried it on some bread, also ruined that. tried it by itself, and tell me WHY when i bit into a sprinkle it tasted chemically and even made my tongue tingle? great texture and probably does have good protein but dear lord this is the worse thing i’ve ever tasted. my first ever negative review. disgusting.

I wasn't sure about this at first. I wanted to use it like PB2 and other powdered proteins, but with a different flavor. It says you can mix it for that but doesn't give you any instructions on how much water/liquid to add so I just guessed. (I used equal parts powder and water and the consistency seemed to be what I wanted.) It tastes okay. I don't love it. I don't hate it. Really, my biggest concern was that the packaging was poor. I considered if I should even eat it because the powder was EVERYWHERE when I opened the envelope it came in. I said YOLO and ate it anyway because I was looking forward to trying it... It's been over 12 hours since then and I am still alive so there's that! I probably won't be purchasing it again and will try some higher rated flavored peanut butter powders.

The texture and flavor of this product is great. It is easy to measure, mixes in without a large amount of clumping, the flavor is exactly what it says it it. The flavor sprinkles give it more flavor than I expected. A little amount goes a long way. My grandson loves the Kookie butter mixed into his milk, oatmeal and cereals. I use it to flavor pancakes, waffles, cookies and cakes. Not to mention that I use it in my coffee as well.

Not much product for the $ and the container wasn't anywhere near full

Great as an additive for recipes - obviously don’t buy as a primary protein source. Small size and not a lot of protein for those purposes. But I add it to cool whip and freeze the combo between graham crackers to make protein ice cream sandwiches and it’s fabulous for that kind of thing. Good texture, doesn’t clump and tastes good.

I received this but seal was open so I won't use it and it has a no return policy. If look inside of the lid that's the cover that should be sealed on top of container and along the edges it's dark like it been that way for a while. No sure what the color is from but it's gross.

I love to mix the cookie butter into my coffee I the bring to add a little protein to it. This flavor is great in cottage cheese and yogurt too.
