It works.
Today, July 1, 2025, I installed the alternator. It seems to work perfectly. It is charging the battery at 14.56 volts, a bit high as a charging voltage, but acceptable. Tne new alternator seems identical to the old unit. One needs a shoe horn and an octopus as a helper to get this alternator in a Honda. It can be done but just getting the serpentine belt back on properly took 20 minutes because there is no space to get your hands in and position it properly. It is now in a 2005 Honda Accord EX with 260,000 miles on it. If it blows up, I will post another review. I liked the fact that the alternator came with a document of how it was tested and passed several inspections.

Better than anything locally
I was so ready to leave something negative because it was a day late and with a down car a day is tough. But this is probably the best alternator I ever installed. It's 100 % brand new and a perfect fit. Better than anything I could get locally for 1/3 the price

Works well, but had to file lower mounting point and it is louder than the OEM Alternator.
The alternator was a match to the Honda OEM alternator being replaced. The only problem I had with the replacement was the lower mounting point was about 4 millimeters to wide. I had to file down both sides of the replacement lower mounting point to install the alternator. Additionally, the replacement alternator had a louder high pitch whine than the OEM alternator. After the install of the new alternator everything is functioning as normal with the exception of the increased sound the new alternator makes.

Fitment was correct, functions as expected
Purchased this for a 2009 Honda Odyssey. Due to the availability of workspace, it a challenge to get this part in and out, so I'm extremely happy that the fitment was correct. Works as expected!

Decent Price
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a very good part at a decent price, whereas others are over charging for the same part. Came packed decent in a box and arrived next day. It fixed our problem.

worked great at first.
Worked great at first then problems started. High pitched noise on and off. Voltage was 14.2 when installed and now is 12.2 or less. Cannot keep up if lites or air is on. Only used for a few weeks

not exact
got this for a 2013 corolla. even though it does fit, the top bolt is in a slightly different position (2 o'clock instead of 1). you will have issues tightening the belt because of it. Had to swap the front housing on the old one to get it properly tightened. Item does not come with decoupler pulley.
