Love this backpack. After a year plus of using it for work. It still looks almost brand new. The cooler area still looks good to but I had to adjust my lunch packing to have everything in reusable containers not bags as anything you put in the backpack would squish the food in the cooler on the bottom.That’s my only complaint is that the cooler gets squished.The bag is on the bulkier side so if you need to store it in a locker or cubby area like me it can be awkward.

I bought this backpack a while ago, and after using it daily, I can say it's a success. It's still the same as I bought it. It has plenty of compartments to store various things, like your laptop, books, and even your lunch. Don't worry about the space, as you can store various things. The handles have a cushion so your shoulders don't hurt. This backpack is wonderful.

So I haven’t had a new backpack in over 10 years! Started traveling multiple times a year for work and needed something I could just put about anything in! It’s a freakin ADHD bag! The compartments, pockets, zippers go on for days! I have opened up several compartments only to realize, nope, not that one either! It’s like a black hole or clown bag! You can just keep putting stuff in. Might even impress people with all the stuff you pull out! I don’t take my laptop, but would easily fit one! It does easily fit iPad Pro, meds, bathroom essentials, house shoes, pajamas, work shirt, lunch or in my case Dr. Pepper (love how it is insulated for that!), headphones, fidget spinners, snacks and so much more! I even lost a mini portable fan in it this week!My son told me it had too many pockets! Hahaha said no one ever! This backpack is amazing and I love it!

The bag is a good buy

Dependable and sturdy but light

It came several days behind schedule and was folded tightly in half. It destroyed the shape of the bag so the bag will slouch forward and not straight up.
