Works as intended, good price, feels good quality. It works with American and UK plugs, I haven't needed to use the others.I did notice that the USB slot doesn't charge as fast as another universal adapter that I have, but it still charges just fine.Happy with this purchase.

Super functional! I am a frequent traveler and have used this in Iceland, France, England, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and Monaco. Very easy to change and make compatible with these countries. I have gotten a lot of use out of mine! I would buy this again absolutely worth the money!

This is the second time I have purchased this adapter, and I love it. It is nice and compact and very durable (my first one purchased 5 years ago is still going strong). I love the USB-C openings, because it makes it easy to use as an adapter for phones, while also using it for my laptop. Perfect for traveling and will work in many countries, so one little box with lots of use options.

I've been using this adapter for International travel for some time now with many trips. Most of the trips have been to the UK, but also France. Having 2 USB A charging ports as well as the output outlet is extremely useful. For just charging a phone or a phone and Apple watch this is all that is needed. Many times when traveling there are limited outlets. This device allows up to 3 devices to be charged easily with a single outlet.The power LED is also extremely useful, especially in the UK where they have switches for the outlets so you don't know if they have power or not.The design with folding out prongs makes it easy to pack with no pieces to forget or lose. While it isn't exactly small, it is much smaller than other universal adapters that don't have the USB power supply. It could only be a little bit smaller and support the absurdly large UK power plug.There are a couple of minor issues. The two USB ports are designed to support Android on port and Apple on another. This is good, and allows fast charging. The problem is that they aren't marked. They only way you would know is by the tiny piece of paper it comes with. Even then you have to remember which is which. Some marking would be a huge benefit.The design also doesn't work with recessed outlets common in conference room tables. I've been in a variety of conference rooms with a variety of recessed outlets and it doesn't work with most of them. I've ended up using another power adapter to extend to this one.Overall I am very pleased with this. The built in multiple USB ports has been incredibly useful.I've had it in my computer backpack for over a year now and it has held up. I sometimes take it out when not traveling internationally, but usually it lives in my bag and has seen many trips now. It has held up well.
