We had one for well over 5 years, and finally the handle started unraveling (poly 3 strand just started to become brittle from age and use), so we ordered a couple more. These are perfect to spuriscles and cramping. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing some heat relief.

Really helps soreness and pain !

Was very happy with this two pack of bed buddies. Pop it in the microwave for a couple of minutes and they provide a nice comfortable burst of heat for about 30 minutes. Works well on sore or stiff muscles or sprains. You can also cool them in the freezer, but my experience was they take a long time to cool and it works for a relatively short time compared to its heating properties. Overall, I was very happy with the product.

We Love these bed buddies.We have been using them for several years..good for putting heat on your shoulder, neck and back.. you simply put it in your microwave for 1 or 2 minutes depending on how warm you would like it...there is a slight smell, nothing annoying and it goes away after it's heated..the quality, size, and durability is perfect for helping those sore and aching muscles...

Purchased to replace my original neck buddy after 20 years! I like the stitching to hold the filling in place. 5his holds heat well and molds to your body.

We bought these as a Christmas gift. Our daughter loves them and so do her teenage daughters! They are always “borrowing” them. Glad they are available in multiples!!!!
