Makes oil changes easier and neat.

I have a cummins pickup and a Ford expedition. So I need an oil pan that can hold 4 gallons of fluid but also fit under a lower sitting vehicle. This one meets both those requirements and allows for zero funnel zero mess transfer to waste oil bottles. Worth the price.

Previously, I had used a simple, generic oil catch drain pan for car oil changes. Over time, we got larger vehicles with bigger engines that hold more oil, so the old catch pan was just a bit too small. Not only that, but transferring the old dirty oil back the empty oil jugs via a large funnel was tricky. Oil would always spill a little on the garage floor. Using this new oil pan has been a huge improvement. This oil catch pan holds WAY more oil that the old one did, and the handles a pour spout are great. The pour spout fits perfectly into the top of a typical 5 QT oil jug for easy dirty oil disposal. It's a little difficult to completely clean afterwards due to the the molded design of product, but I just wipe if down with a few paper towels and store it under the workbench in my garage for next time. I'm sorry I didn't get this type of catch pan earlier. It would have made oil changes easier for past years.Get this pan if you change you own motor oil. You will not be disappointed.

Got this to replace my old drain pan that got ran over. It looked identical to the picture they have on here except I received a different drain pan that I like better. It seems to be built very well and has a better anti-splash rim. The threaded, angled spout with a cap makes it better than my old one and the one that they have pictured here. I am going to try to get them to update their picture.

use this to change my oil on an SUV, and a sports car. both vehicles the oil comes out really fast and always splashes out of other oil pans. this pan is perfect, its deep and wide so no splashes anywhere, and super easy to empty and clean. really happy with it, and highly recommend.

This is a great pan! Sturdy. Has a lip so when you move the pan the oil doesn’t spill over.

Not sure what to say in a review of an oil drain pan. I now own 4 of 3 different types. This is as good as any of them. However, I will note some features the other pans have that this one doesn't. No top - stinky fluids stink, reusable fluids prone to dust and debris. Also, a covered pan usually has a stand off to allow a filter to drain. Spout doesn't have a cap. After you dump the pan into a longer term storage container, the spout drips since is doesn't have a cap. I can't dock any stars for these items as I was aware of what I was getting when I ordered. Does the job for the price, I am sure it will be kicked around the shop for many years. Buy with confidence, but know there are better models out there.....***UPDATE*** 11.24.2021 - I'd like to add at this point that in addition to motor oil, this drain pan has seen PS fluid, brake fluid, trans fluid, diff fluid, transfer case fluid, gasoline, coolant, carb cleaner, brake clean, and just about any other spray cleaner/solvent you'd expect to find in a shop/garage. Holds up to all of them. No color fade, no softening or breakdown of the plastic....
