Due to a recent POTS diagnosis I have to take a lot of pills throughout the day, and one of the symptoms of this condition being brain fog and random memory loss. So ensuring that i do not miss a dose has become more and more difficult as time has gone on.I have only had this item for less than a week and already it feels like such a godsend. Each of the capsules has 4 slots, and they are not shallow either. Each day is divided into 4 sections so i can perfectly space out what i need to take and when. If i have to go somewhere, instead of carrying around a bulky case i just grab my capsule for that day and take my meds when I need to. Then when i get back i just put it right back in the case no muss, no fuss.And a couple days in a noticed someone that i had previously just to glossed over really. At first glance it just a basic thing you have just a flat and open, locking, case that has 7 other smaller cases that go into it, obviously. But also they are not really defined as to where they slot in either, it's not a statically rigid design, the capsules are freely modular. Meaning I just move that capsule to the finished capsule to the far side of the case and slide the whole set down, like a little assembly line of drugs. this also makes it easier to track when they need to be filled and makes it easier to fill up just a few days at a time removing the hassle of doing them all at once.I really love these things, they look cool, they are all color coded, have multiple chambers, are fully modular, and they are incredibly travel friendly. Also that are super inexpensive but also well made.My only regret is i didn't get them sooner.

I’ve tried several different styles. This one works best for me. I mainly take pills and vitamins in the morning and at bedtime and I have 2 other slots for overflow or for when I need to take something throughout the day. I bought one for home and one for overnight stays so I can keep one in my overnight bag and not gave to be constantly trying to remember where I put the one.

Love this pill organizer love the size of the compartments closes tightly and the most important thing for me is I can organize my medicine so much better because some of my pills are about the same size and color and with 4 compartments instead of just morning and evening plus it has a case that is small enough to put it on my table next to me

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I needed to separate my medications out over the day, and this is absolutely perfect! It seems to be really nice quality, was a great price, and has solved my problem wonderfully!

This pill organizer is perfect. It feels well made. It is a great value. One can set up medications and vitamins to be taken four different times of the day. I added a label on the last section that says 'bed' for bedtime.You can easily take a given day's pill with you in your handbag, backpack, briefcase, or even place a day's allotment by your bedside. I did not think I needed a pill organizer and bought it for a trip but then realized it actually helps me remember to take my supplements and vitamins! ...I cannot recommend this enough.

The item is really great — sturdy, well-made, and exactly as described. Everything works perfectly, and it feels like it will last a long time. The only thing I didn’t love is the color choice. The shades are super bright, almost neon, and not everyone likes such bold tones. It would be nice to have a more neutral or softer color option too. But overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would still recommend it.
