Helps a lot and can withstand being filled with a lot of heavy groceries! Very easy to assemble and stable! Once assembled it can be folded and the material is easy to clean. Helps a lot with going is the stairs as well.

Great bag, but poor quality zips on bag.

Great capacity and easy assembly, the wheels are great for navigating curbs and stairs so you can do a decent chunk of the “big” weekly shop in one go. The only problem we’ve had with this 6 months in is the zipper, which is horrible quality, my 65+ mother (its predominant user) with arthritis has managed to break both clean off, so it can only really be a quality issue. Will need replacing.

Pros:- The actual bag is very sturdy, spacious and functional with a separate space for frozen food.- The 3-wheel system is quite effective when climbing steep surfaces (stairs, sidewalks).Cons:- The wheels are incredibly loud. Even with high-quality noise-cancelling earbuds, I can hear the sound of the wheels throughout my journey to the grocery store. We had a much simpler/cheaper trolley before, and the sound wasn't as near as noisy as this one.- Even though the 3-wheel system is an interesting solution, the actual structure is pretty badly designed. We had to constantly verify if all the screws and nuts were in place before leaving the house to make sure the wheels wouldn't pop off in the way. A couple of days ago, even after checking before going out, the inevitable thing happened: the wheel fell off in the middle of Lidl and we couldn't find where the hex nut fell off in the shop or the street, rendering the trolley completely useless as of now. Again, we had a much cheaper trolley before, and it is still working. We bought this with hopes of having more space (which we had) but also a more premium product to face stairs and sidewalks. Unfortunately, it ended up being more of a headache with the constant checks of the wheels, and I now have to find a new hex nut to fix the wheel system.- Customer support was quick to reply, but they don't sell replacement parts or even offer a new hex nut to keep customers satisfied with their product. As seen from other reviews, this is a somewhat constant issue so I would expect at least a more helpful, customer-friendly approach. At least they provided the hex nut model, though (M8, if anybody is interested).In summary, this shopping trolley had every potential to be a very good product for its price, but it, unfortunately, disappointed us tremendously with its lack of quality and design in its wheel system.

The media could not be loaded. Yet to see how the quality holds. Took a bit of figuring out on how to add the wheels. So far looks good, and can use it up kerbs & stairs!

This item is a good product. The problem we have is as follows, this was delivered on the 10th of October, and it has been used constantly. However now the bolts which hold on the wheels have come adrift and are lost. Surely a better way of securing the wheels could be found, anyway it means that the product to us is now useless. has anyone any idea as how I can get a new set of wheels, and at the same time secure them effectively. But at the moment I would hesitate to recommend this product to anyone, on the whole dissatisfaction is the watch word.

I love this. I bought it because I'm struggling going shopping and once I got over the embarrassment of having an old lady shopping trolley I quickly realised how handy it is. I use it in my house to take things from one room to another, it's great in kerbs and steps. It holds quite a lot and best of all you can use it to move boxes etc.I'm delighted with it
