I Hate You--Don't Leave Me: Third Edition: Understanding the Borderline Personality Paperback – September 7, 2021

My daughter loves this book as a person with BPD. It was suggested for her to read by her mental health professional. And she explained that it’s very helpful to her because it makes her feel like she is not alone in her process.

I ordered this as a woman with BPD and it has been incredibly insightful.

Learned alot about BPD and i'm working on my own diagnosis.

If you have someone in your life suffering from an NDP this a a must read. Explains a lot. Gives good strategies to use.

I purchased this book to help myself understand someone very important to me and it helps me understand everything I didn't know

Very nice

I was introduced to this book by a therapist after describing how my wife acts and reacts. As I read the book, I saw my wife threaded through the pages. Not every single example, of course, but enough that I'm convinced my wife suffers BPD. It helped me understand her better and how to handle things (read: conflict) better--though I still have a long way to go! Now if I can only convince her to get some counseling. She, and I, would benefit from it.
