I received the exercise ball as promised.I followed the instructions to inflate it in different stages and after 24 hours the ball reached the perfect sturdiness and bounce. Don't ignore this as there is better final product.It is great value for money considering that with the ball there is hand inflate item. Not only that but also a very handy and comprehensive Exercise Ball set of exercises with easy to follow explanations and graphics.The orange colour is just perfect. I do not hesitate in recommending this product.

Great exercise ball. I got the large one (I'm 5' 7") but have long legs and this is the perfect size for me. It's got a great matt surface with little ridges, which means that it doesn't slip when using it. It was also very easy to inflate using the foot pump and didn't take very long either.I also wasn't quite prepared for how bright the orange one would be - but I love it! Shame the sun has started to fade it a bit (keep out of direct sunlight). I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting this type of ball - it's good for both exercise and for sitting on if you want to improve your posture.

Bought this during pregnancy and it still serving me three months after birth. The best and easiest way to soothe my baby lol. I only had to pump it once and it's still dsame 5months after.

The ball arrived quickly and safe. The big problem while trying to inflate was the foot pump. Complete rubbish! Is a good thing we had a hand pump from a different brand of this kind of balls and we used that one, as you can see in the pics-my husband inflating it. Took a while to inflate as is a big ball(75) but the ball it’s self it’s sturdy, holds my very pregnant self very well. But that pump needs an upgrade asap.

I ordered this Swiss ball on the advice of my physiotherapist as I am still recovering from spinal surgery. it's an excellent piece of equipment from a very good company and I've ordered balance cushions from body mate as well. This was very simple to inflate but you must leave it at room temperature for 3 hours prior to inflating. When you first inflate it you must do it to approximately 80% of its total capacity and then leave it for 24-hours and then finally inflate to it's full capacity. Also by email I received an exercise booklet with approximately 44 different exercises that you can do using this ball. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this and I also love the fact that they come in a range of colours, I ordered the silver.

Got this as my hips were sore during my pregnancy when working at my desk, did wonders to take the pressure off and it now nearly stored away in case I ever need it again!

The pump this came with is rubbish. I ended up blowing it up with me lungs and lips. Took a while but this ball is huge. I use it to sit on at my pc desk. Nice and soft against my buttocks.. My thighs and core muscles are getting an excellent work out as I spend most of my time bouncing or rolling around. Excellent to be honest. I was going to buy a gaming chair but where's the fun in that..

I love this! Out of all the ones that came up in the search I am so pleased I chose this one. I didn't realise that it came with an exercise book as well that you can print off. Full of advice and LOADS of different things to work on. Great colour, even has a bit of a glittery sparkle to it. Really good communication from seller as well, they emailed to ensure I'd recieved it and if all was ok. I would definitely use these again. Thank you
