I’ve dropped my phone more times than I can count with this thing and it’s still going strong. Just make sure to put a tempered glass screen protector on and you’ll be set. The buttons work very well and the dust cover over the charging port is a very nice touch. It’s pretty thin and since the rubber is covered by the hard shell it feels nice in the hand and won’t hang up in your pocket like the older models.

I’ve been using otter boxes for years, they are sturdy and I love that they come with a warranty. The one time an otterbox of mine got damaged i was able to email the company and pay for shipping to get a replacement sent. And the phone remained unscathed!

I go through a lot of cases and this one has held up better than most. Only gripe is it’s a little slippery.

I have a iPhone 13 Pro and needed to replace my original case which was an OtterBox product. I needed to refer to help videos to remove the old case as it is not obvious and indid not want to damage any clips. It is a three piece case. I was not aware of the different versions and the Amazon site was not very clear on the model differences. I ordered the “Commuter” model and realized once it arrived that it was less substantial than what I had. The model name is on innermost component and can not be seen unless completely disassembled. I had the”Defender Drop” model which is slightly larger but is a more protective case. Simple return and reorder and I had correct OtterBox nThe next day. All is good!
