I couldn't find any reviews for use with back pain, so here's mine.I've had severe lower back pain recently, I get this every now & then, painkillers and heat always help. Usually I use the stick on heat pads or a hot water bottle. When I spotted this I thought it was worth a try.I tried tying it on, but to be honest it didn't sit low enough so I just wrap it round the area and sit. It really helps and gets to all areas of lower back.Some people have complained that the zip gets really hot, this is not my experience, mine has a plastic covering on the pull, so maybe they have changed the design. The zip itself doesn't get hot either.I think my step daughter will be using this for period pains, I can see how beneficial it will be.All in all, this is a winner, cheaper in the long run too, as head pads are expensive. Delivery was next day.Highly recommended

When I purchased this long hot water bottle, my expectation was that it would offer easy relief from front to back, covering my stomach to the back seamlessly. However, the reality falls a bit short. It's not as easy as anticipated, especially when focusing on the stomach and back, regardless of the water quantity in the bottle.That said, I've found alternative uses that work well for me. I tend to use it while lying down, either along the length of my body or wrapped around myself. Despite the initial challenge, its versatility in application has proven valuable.I opted for the pink and white stripes design, albeit at a slightly higher price, as the other options were not available. The cover's material is delightfully soft and cuddle-worthy. The added convenience of a zipper makes it easy to remove the cover when filling or removing the water. While it may not have met my initial expectations, the comfort and flexibility it provides have made it a cosy addition to my relaxation routine.

I brought this for work. I work in retail and I have endometriosis so helps me alot when I have bad days. Depends what's hurting the most so turn it around to use on my back. Easy to fill up and to fasten around me and I can get on with my tasks abit more easier.

Super soft, perfect to use for different body parts. Only small design flaw: zipper gets really hot

Size is amazing but if you put it directly on your skin and no over clothes the zips really burn your skin and it doesn't half hurt
