amazing I love these pills. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them.. I do notice that my pre-menstrual symptoms are almost the same, but once I get my period I feel less bloated and less cramping. The flow also feels a little less severe. I have been using it off and on for two months now and only start taking it literally the week before I get my period and still noticed a difference so I can imagine if you were to take it every day .

Someone recommended this product and after reading on the health benefits and the nil side effects I'm comfortable taking them.

The media could not be loaded. I thought this was a great option while pregnant and used them from 36 weeks on. Took them twice a day instead of drinking the tea. No flavor really and easy to swallow. I've been taking them post partum now to continue supporting hormonal health!

I took these pills to help induce labor and i only had to take 2 because i gave birth the same night i took them good to know it definitely worked. Consult with your doctor first to make sure before you take them.
