Beautiful colours, soft but not sticky, good size portions, super versatile for educational purposes, the possibilities are endless. It dries within 24-48 hours if left out in the air, makes squishy but very bouncy balls, also pretty durable (depending on individual creations of course, thinner ones will break easier).

My boys have recently discovered number blocks so I thought I’d try this to accompany the programme. The mathlink cubes are great for practising simple maths and really seeing and experiencing what happens e.g. when you add or subtract. Also, unlike the number blocks toys, these come apart just like the characters in the programme. We loved this set so much, we bought a second one so we’d have more cubes and faces.

The cubes are bright and sturdy. The squares with the characters faces are on a nice touch but note that you have to put the stickers on yourself. My daughter enjoyed doing this and none have peeled off as yet.The cards and activities are nice and the booklet provides you with information and even a script to refer to when playing with your little one. Many of them require the child to watch the relevant Numberblocks episode to make sense.A great open ended education toy for Numberblocks fans.

I bought both sets of blocks so we had 0-20 for my son for Xmas. These need assembling and lots of stickers to go on the face plates but my son actually enjoyed that part of it too! There are several face pltes so you can put the blocks in the different formations that you see on the TV. This product does require some knowledge of the programme/songs and without this you loose much of the appeal as a learning resource in their own right, but the programme is easily available on BBC iPlayer and watching my son act out bits from the programme and consolidating his number knowledge has been brilliant- he hasn't even realised he is learning and his number knowledge is fantastic!This set comes with 0-10 blocks and plenty of spare 1s 2s and 3s to experiment with different numbers. You also get the alternative shapes for 4, 5 and 6 (7-10 you only get blocks for the one shape, but faceplates to change them and make the others) with lots of activity flashcards from the series.I have to say that the stickers are truly terrible, even after careful application these were peeling off within the first hour of play and that is why I've only given 4 stars, however with a bit of research I found a work around and coated all of the face plates with decopage glue which solved the problem perfectly!

Exceptional. Open ended, good quality and has actually provided strong competition for the tv in terms of a favourite activity!

My son has just started reception and is keen to continue learning at home. These blocks are fantastic. We have had so much fun putting them together. He also role plays with them too which is cute. There are lots of ideas on how to use them which we will continue to use as he learns more about his numbers. Love them.

Fab toy for learning. Lots included in the box but still not too big to store. Great quality blocks in lovely colours. My son has already spent lots of hours playing and having fun!
